Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
i lived her for 1 year and wasnt sad to leave. here is a list of the good and bad:
good:
2 full baths in most units
full size washer dryer
never heard tennants with baby next door EVER!
huge master bedroom with nice walk in closet.
BAD:
rent is too high
parking is a nightmare, ticketing, no spaces. poorly designed lots.
if you even breathed NEAR the wall it would be marked
water pressure
if you get the 2 bedroom, you can really only use it for a small office, not for a real person with a bed bigger then a twin.
