The apts are poorly constructed and cheap in general.

Appliances, are cheap. The dishwasher rarely functioned properly if @ all, remember these apts are new everything should be mint!

Construction, " forget about it" they are building a new grocery store within 20yds of the apts, what a joke!

Storm clean up, yard maintenance, landscaping, as well as maintenance in general is a complete joke! it is not un common for the grass to reach 6 inches in the summer, much of the landscaping was dead from the day that it was planted, winter storm cleanups usually take 2 days if you are lucky and lastly, genaral maintenance repairs are just patches for several underlying construction issues!!!

Pool, yet another joke, over 50$ to have a membership that entitles you to poor hrs. and days of operation. Thats right, the pool is not open daily!

Utilities, one of the greatest jokes of the complex. The utilities are extremly high. duriny my year stay here the electric company actually read the meter only 5 of 12 months. one of their estimates were in excess of 500$, hundreds overstated. Maybee the heat would cost less if the windows were properly insullated and installed!!! You can actually fell a draft as you watch television in your living room!

Lastly, the management staff is one of the rudest, most grotest group of people that I had to ever deal with. Office hrs a a joke, open from 2-6 and good luck getting through the phonelines between those hrs. Tanya, one of the rudest people on this coast in my opinion!!!

and I save the best for last!!!!
