You would think a brand new apartment wouldn?t have any problems, however, that wasn?t the case. I had traces of mud all over my carpet, walls were not spakeled completely and paint was used to hide the mistakes. I had chips on my kitchen counter and the best part is now there are charging me upon moving for something that never I did. It was never fixed by the damn construction people. CONSTRUCTION IS SOOO POOR!! You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing. Parking is a nightmare. Snow removal is a hindrance. They plow the cars in and leave the snow in the paths where you?re suppose to walk on. I fell several times because of that. The rental agent Tanya is another issue, she is the true definition of a female dog. I recommend this place as your last resort. Good Luck!!
