Apartments are good in size ONLY! The appliances are cheap, the plumbing is horrible and the walls are paper thin. If you have a complaint or need something fixed be prepared to wait until they get ready to fix it or get back to you but don?t be late with the rent! You will be served with court papers (not certified) they just leave them on your door. You may not make the court date (because your papers blew away) but you will be charged with at least $100 in fees! And parking is horrible, you may live in building 17 but the closest parking spot is at building 8. Also, don?t forget about the fires! If there is a fire - your lease automatically terminates even if your place is not badly damaged. Oh, and I almost forgot, there is no rent control here either. Started at 1590, 1640, 1700 (they wanted to raise it to 1775 but I threatened to go to court to fight it). This place is a not worth it at all! We will not be renewing our lease.
