This is the biggest rip off place to live. I thought they'd be nice since they were new--do not judge a book by it's cover here. The people above us had children who would run back and forth all night long. We heard dishwashers/washing machines going at all hours of the night. Toys crashing to the floor...what a nightmare. The pipes clanked so I woke up with my neighbor at 5am everyday and 9 am with their vacuuming on the weekends.

Forget having a low heating bill in the winter...you could hold a match up to the window/door and it would blow right out. Asked maintenence to come 3 times; they did, but what they actually fixed I will never know.

Management staff is rude and good luck getting your full security back....they take advantage of you not being there and charge you for normal wear and tear stuff.

Do yourself the biggest favor -- do not move in here. You will regret it.
