property is great, i dotn knwo what others are talkign abotu as far as noise' maintanece is very very prompt, next day service, and parkign isnt a problem. furthest ive had to parkis abotu a 2-3 city block walk. unless you buy your own house with a drive way dotn expect parkign infront your door.
