Do NOT waste your money

When we first saw the apartment we thought this would be our dream home - we were moving in from out of state and had previously lived in a very small two bedroom. This had all the amenities you could want. We opted for a ground floor unit since we didn't need all the space in the upper levels. BIG MISTAKE!! Since it seems that most people are rude, and these buildings are poorly constructed, we get to listen to our upstairs neighbor's kid running back and forth constantly. They also like to stomp and wear their shoes when walking across the linoleum floor. You hear every noise they make, it sounds like a flood every time they run water or flush a toilet, their kid screams all the time... and when you complain and write repeated letters to the management, they do nothing about it.
The rental agent was rude and difficult to understand through the thick Russian accent. And don't get me started on the office hours. The sign may say 12-5, but that means they are here from 1-4, and then they make it sound like it is my fault that I didn't know they were only here from 1-4. The day we moved in we arrived at 10am after driving for 11 hours straight to get here. We had to sit in our car until 1pm waiting for the agent to show up so we could get our keys.
If you expect to use the pool, plan on getting raped for more money. Then, the hours of the pool are terrible (it was closed by the time I get home form work), and it isn't open if there is no life guard. The hours aren't any better on the weekends, and the pool is small to top it off.
We also thought it would be great when they opened the Shop Rite at the entrance so we could get our groceries close by. That has just created a traffic nightmare at the entrance which makes you understand why there is road rage. Plus, I don't think a single person in this complex besides us speaks English. You can't communicate with your neighbors so don't bother making friends in the complex.
I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you can afford to live on an upper level. You are better off spending the money you would pay on rent to finance a mortgage. Then you don't have to deal with any of this crap!!
