Positive: Ren Terrace looks clean. Rooms are nice, bright, and spacious. Plenty of storage. No assigned parking needed because there's always space available. Maintenance has always been quick to respond and repair. Full washer and dryer was a plus. Shoprite is so conveniently close!

Negative: I lived on the 1st floor. Small ants, spiders, and silverfishes are problems. Especially ants!!! They were everywhere regardless of multiple extermination methods. They'd disappear for a bit but always managed to come back. The wallpaint is cheap so it scuffs easily but he walls are fairly sturdy. Careful of speedtraps by Lisa's Place. You'll get a ticket if you're going 35MPH. If you're rent does not arrive to Middlesex Mgmnt by the 5th day, you'll be charged $50 bucks. And if later than that, expect to find a court letter. You must pay the court cost, attorney cost, paperwork cost, etc. We're talking $160 . Definitely write every problem and damages found upon moving in.
