So far I haven't had any problems with the rental office, people were very polite with us, and i really can't say anything about a broken accent when I have one myself... sundays are full house, seems like parking will be a hasle... we rented a duplex, obviously we'll not have to deal with anyone above us, but still kinda worried about the guetto section 8 people mentioned on one of the reviews... and the snow pile during the winter... and of course I will schedule a walk throught the apartment because it is for sure they wont stay with our deposit $$... I will be following up the review.. it can't be that bad!! after all it is a new place, offers new appliances, paint (even if it's cheap) and carpet... for an affordable price!!! If anything we better start saving for a mortgage...
