I lived there for 3 years before moving out. The truth regarding parking is that the parking lots are not distributed evenly amongst the homes. What this means is that some lucky renters have an abundance of parking to choose from, while others park 1/8 mile from their apartment. So reviewers that categorize parking as either awful or adequate are both correct - it depends how close your apartment is to one of the big lots.
Noise is only a problem if you live near the trains, which I did.
As far as Super Joe goes, my walkthrough took less than 5 minutes. I cleaned the place and he was very cordial. If you leave your apartment looking like sh-t, then you might not have such a good experience.
