Hi
My wife and I were considering leasing at Mae Brook (the new apartments) and we went to the office. I spoke to one of the front office ladies and wanted to make a note of some thing she said and asked for a pen. She was not able to understand in the first place what I was asking. I pointed out at the pen on her desk and reached for it. I could not believe what happened later. She just snatched the pen out of my hand. It was this incident that prompted me to search for reviews and I am glad I did that. Now, I know that the incident was not an isolated one. It happened to others too. Also, I came to know about the other problems at the apartments.
I am NOT going back to them for leasing.
