If you ask me, its a pretty good apartment area. Not to pricey though. The park isn't all that good. They have good conditions swings, good condition monkey bars,thr sand box is filled with glass, very beautiful park though. If i were any person moving into this place, I would live in the frony or in the middle. Those areas have great landscapes. To me from a scale of 1 to 10, it would be a 7.
