other than being quite spacious with ample light and air, its is quite a horrid place to live in.The walls seep in water when there is mild rain, the windows dont close and the ceilings leak esp in the bathrooms if you live on the ground floor..imagine how awful that can be!!constant pounding noises from upstairs even if neighbors are simply walking around in their apt.sometimes u would think you are hearing imaginary noises all the time!!The laundry facility is meant only for the contractor management to make small money as it constantly needs repair and half thetime your clothes just come out soaking wet from dryers...and dont expect any refunds.when you leave this god forsaken place they dont even give back your entire advance blaming you for their poor construction..then theres all the roaches and ants and I dont even know what species some are, but overall.it has become so overcrowded and noisy since three years that it is slowly taking the resemblance of a ghetto. last but not least, for the price, it is one of the worst deals!!good luck if u still want to come here..
