Don't waste your money here!! The management sucks, there is no securtiy. Their idea of security is a little old man driving with a flashing yellow light. Avoid this place at all cost!! They hire people including the landscapers who have no respect for your property, they killed my cucumber plants, but don't be late with your rent!!! I have a townhouse and my rent is over 1600.00 a month, and I get nothing for it. They removed the inground pool which we were never able to use, if we wanted a pool, we had to pay 70.00 and go to Renasaince. Now they are going to put in a club house, so the drug dealers have a place to deal, and more laundry rooms. Yeah!
