Hi, i have been in these apartments for 6 months. no problems. The maintanance is good, Rental agent Liliana is great and helpful. Some black kids playing outside, well they are kids. I just don't get it, which place is with out crime. I have been in 4 comminties of Middlesex management like Hilltop, Woodbridge terrace etc..Every where there is crime even though there are just different community of people living there. Yes it's true there are more of ------- americans but they are good. Well, I feel this place is more secured than any other apartments..

what does it matter what he/she put in their comment black whatever, its their comment. People get so offensive when someone says something about a black person but when a black person says something about a white/spanish race its justifiable !Personally I rather live in a place with no section 8 and we all know what race that is. rest my case get offended all you want the fact remains that its true and whoever tries to justify the behavior of the section 8 people are probrobly one of them or knows them. Im sick of people using there section 8 to ruin perfectly good communities of working class people and letting their kids do whatever they want. Take advantage that section 8 allows you to move into somewhere respectible other than the projects and give your children a safe and respectible life ! End of story ! The truth is the truth !

I just would like to response to your comment anonymous. Whoever you are. First of all you need to educate yourself;more about the race who is on section 8. It's not all ------- American families a large percent is White Europeans as well as other minorities. I'm a full time college student studying law. I'm a clean woman that take pride in myself and my daughter is well behaved. And yes I have a section 8 voucher so don't judge everyone in the same catergory. Go figure you white people always think negatively about minorites anyway. Take a good look at yourself in the mirror Anonymous.

Hello!!!! People get offensive when nessasary! If you can read, the way it was worded about which race of kids were playing made it totally ignorant. ("No problems here, well a few black kids outside, but I guess it's ok, they are kids) You know why the flag went up, because right away you new it was a white person writing it. Now thats sad, we are speaking about the apt. complex and how well it is liked or disliked. Not what race of children live there. I live here in one of the townhouses in the very front, I see more children of an Indian decent or hispanic than any other race, and yes I am ------- American. Now if you want me to get black(because until I said it I am sure you didn't know what race I was of, and people can't see your face when reading what another person wrote. 1 of the beauties of writing) To me I don't care what race, a bunch of bad-a$$ kids outside making noise is just that! Either way I might be annoyed. Some kids are just wild and too care free. I've worked with children, and it's every race. Let segregation DIE!!! Stop singling out specific races, you said it right"they are kids", what color could have went without saying!(-------, you probably didn't even mean it and just a general ignorant person) Step into the new millenium, we don't talk like that any more(the colored girl or chile, etc.)

Yes i agree there are many different races that receive the section 8 voucher. I am an housing specialist in the section 8 office in manhattan and let me tell you ------- americans who receive the vouchers make up about 22% of the voucher holders.
