I recently moved in and the lady at the rental office "lost" my deposit and lease! The area is not that safe for a single person and the hallways outside the apartments are not maintained and are very dirty. Plus, there is a moldy smell in my bedroom at times, the neighbors below me smoke so much weed, the smell comes into my apartment and suffocates me, and my neighbors across from me are Haitian or ------- and they stink and their dirty apartment smell is coming into my apartment!! The police are always around there for some reason. The laundry rooms are in such dirty and degradable conditions! It is ghetto and terrible and I am moving out ASAP!!
