We moved in 2 years ago, and the apartments are okay, at best. The maintenance is a joke. They come when they feel like it, and do a lot of patch up work as opposed to actually fixing things. For example, it took them 8 MONTHS, a warped floor, and molding ceiling before they fixed the leak in the roof instead of patching the ceiling. Or the lights in our stairwell (inside and outside) went out, and we had to call multiple times a day for 3-4 days and threaten to sue to get someone out to fix it! Ridiculous!!

The managament is horrible. The rental office staff was changed, so now there's really no help. At least Leliani would get in contact with the main office for you. They don't return calls, they don't answer letters, and they're clearly all about getting your money!

The neighborhood could be worse, but it could be better. They started construction (with out notifying us tenants) so it's noisier now. The parking lot is always dirty/junky. And don't even think about using the laundry room. It's disgusting!

All in all it does have a great location for transportation and all that, but otherwise, keep looking.
