I currently reside there & I ONLY moved here becasue my friend owns a Townhouse on the other side & I THOUGHT THEY WERE ALL AFFILIATED!! They r NOT. I have been here since July of 06 & I had a newborn baby that Sept..Well I had to sit in the office & CRY becasue my aptartment wuz SO COLD! and that was with the heat on!! I had like an inch missing from the bottom of my door & None of the windows correctly fit SO ALL you have is CONSTANT DRAFT! Well ALL they did wuz come in a Caulk EVERYTHING..as if they didnt have enough OBVIOUS AND SLOPPY CAULK EVERYWHERE already. in the kitchens, bathroom & ALL. I have NEVER seen an apartment like this. THEN they replaced my door in the Winter & becasue it was 5pm...He siad he could NOT complete until Monday. So my & my newborn sat there with a Door that was NOT completely & correctly installed..I had to once again..GO waste $ for the plastic Fild @ home depot & i could only put on the hinge part..because i had to throw out. The ONLY nice thing is...ALL THE GRASSY AREA & i guess thats what foold every1. the constanty fix up the EXTERIOR BUT NOT the interior! I don't know whats in the Bastments BUT the windows are opne SO i could imagine HOW MANY DEAD NIMALS ARE DOWN THERE! My neigbors have kids & they also HAVE TONS OF MOLD ALL ON THEIR WALLS & TONDS OF CHIPPING PAINT & they have resided there longer than i have. WHO DOES THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY KNOW & PAYOFF @ the HEALTH INSPECTOR DEPT'''BECAUSE THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER PAST INSPECTION. LAUNDRY ROOM SUCKS..they DONT even wash your clothes! 1 Day i had to manually WRING OUT ALL OF MY CLOTHES & that was the 1st & Last time! I would rather DRAG tons of laundry out to a clean ...place that actually does what I pay for. I am GOOD AS GONE THIS YEAR! & EVEN if you pay for the updated apartments...which you shouldn't have to..the crap they have in there is from the 70s....THE NEW CRAP THEY INSTALL IS DONE POORLY!! it comes apart! Ugghh i have SO much to say! I AM STILL LOOKING FOR THE LUXERY...totally misleading. O my i don't want to forget THE MASSIVE COPS THAT HAVE BEEN AROUND..some1 got shot RIGHT near my apartment & this is ONLY 1 OF MANY!
