This place is a Rat hole. The windows in the basement of the townhomes do not close at all. I called them to have locks installed and they brought a wooden stick to put across the windows. I would rather live in a cardboard box than to ever set foot in anyplace that this comapny owns. They have alot of rude people in their offices and when you try to speak to a manager you find out that it was better to talk to the employees than to management. On top of the hell that we went through living there, they had the nerve to try and stay with our security deposit. We gave them 60 days notice and thank God we sent it certified mail. Even after I explained this to them, they refused to give me back our security deposit claiming that we broke the lease since they took it upon themselves to renew it. When we did the walkthrough on the last day, the super informed us that he "HAD" to write that something was damaged even if it wasn't. If he sent a clean report to the office, they would come back and look for a Fly flying around in the house and deduct it from the security deposit. This company is so grimmy, that they refuse to hire a Lawyer when you take them to court. They send their (whale of a) property manager who is more concerned with sleeping rather than work things out with you in Court before seeing a Judge. I suggest you save all of your receipts and any documents that you receive and send to them. Rest assured that if you hand them your security deposit, you will only see it again if you take them to Court. If the judge already knew who they were, you can rest assured that you will get to know who the property manager is in person also. For the amount of rent we were paying $1,636.00 we would expect better treatment and a more professinal staff. We moved out and got a house and we are only paying $300 dollars more a month. At least when something breaks I know that I will not fix it with duct tape or a wooden stick. If you have or want a Dog or a Cat be prepared to shell ot $75 a month extra per animal plus a $500 non-refundable security deposit.. They claim to have a pool and a recreation area for the tenants, which they do, but they charge $100.00 a month if you want to use it. The washing machines are so small that I had to go elsewhere to do laundry cause I could only fit about 3 pairs of jeans and a couple of shirts. If you want to dry something you need to pay $1 even if you only want to dry a pair of socks or a shirt. Gas and hot water are included but what difference does it make when the stoves are electric. The only gas in the whole complex is found in the bathroom toilet. These people are a bunch of liars, crooks, unprofessional hustlers. STAY AWAY from this place. OMG this review is RIGHT ON THE MONEY! I've never seen my husband so depressed and I've known him 18 yrs.

This review is true. They are a worthless bunch. Managemnt never returns your phone call. I have been trying to contact them for months over a bill they sent me after I moved out. Their North Brunswick Manor complex is a dump and so are the people who live there. They are grimy and like to take their tenants money to benefit themselves. I am currently taking them to court for a bill they cant explain to me. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
