The community is just average, if landscaping was not good this place would have been a hell. Laundry room are very dirty and poorly maintained. Worst is the management, when you move out they will charge you damages even if have not made and if you call them they get pissed and talk rudely. Me & my wife spent 6 hrs each cleaning one bedroom apartment when we moved out and they charged me $300 for cleaning but when you move in the sinks, tub etc are dirty. Pets can poop anywhere and there is no control, if you complain to management they ask you a written letter so that they can show pet owners. I guess its the duty of management to maintain cleanliness.
