I agree with A on the noise problem. We moved in just a month ago in a 1BR on 2nd floor. Our neighbor downstairs keeps shouting even while we are one of those quite couples.

Even we could not see the place before moving in, still it was in pretty decent shape. The super came in after 2 weeks to fix most of the stuff we had written about in the walk-through report. We still have an old A/C that needs to be replaced.

Overall, I find this complex to be a good deal. Very close to Rt 1, shopping complexes and the complex is well kept. Apartments are done nicely and in good shape. Gas, heat, hot water and pool is included in the rent and that saves us lot of money we would be spending otherwise.

I will post another review after spending 6 months here.
