Criminally Awful From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The apartments themselves are not bad but the walls are paper-thin (I don't just mean thin -- I mean you can hear your neighbors whisper without even trying) and the landlord, office people and especially the maintenance people are simply horrible. Nothing ever gets fixed when it is supposed to (if it gets fixed at all) and the office people's favorite phrase is "its not our reponsibility." Also, the day I moved in, neighbors informed me of maintenance people often entering apartments without authorization and then I caught one myself in my second week. I'm sure it still goes on in other apartments but I simply changed my locks and installed a burglar alarm. The only reason I am still here is I like the fact that the unit has a washer/dryer. I suppose when those break down, I'll move!
