I choose this place base on the location. There are a number of places to shop near-by including a LA Fitness. The problems are with the rental and maintenance staff. They are not very helpful, or very professional. The rental staff will ignore you when you come in the office and will never return your call. The maintenance staff will enter your apartment without notifying you by phone or calling. The appliances are cheap and apartments are not very clean when you move-in. Check your frig thoroughly.
