I read all these reviews and honestly I have not had many bad experiences with these apartments. I have been living here in a spacious 1 bedroom on the first floor with my wife and our 9month old daughter since july. The few times I had to deal with the front desk staff they were very friendly and helpful. The one small issue we had with our light fixture was fixed promptly. I do not suspect that the maintanence staff has been into our apartment while we were not home at anytime. There is a bit of noise from our upstairs neighbors, but this is just because they are loud people, not because there is anything wrong with the apartment. The kitchen is very spacious, the washer and dryer are not the best quality, but they work fine and its better that going to the laundromat. The bedroom is big enough for our 7 piece bedroom set and our daughters crib, armoire and changing table. The closets also have a lot of room. We are in a great location, close to major highways, shopping, banks and a fire station. The rent is not too hig, and includes heat and hot water. I think the people in the previous comments probably just complain too much...I am VERY happy with this apartment.
