This is an update...Management system is simply broken. They don't respond on time. The women in the office are wise asses. Sometimes am almost tempted to just hire private contractors to fix anything that's broken as opposed to calling the apartment for anything. They are completely useless in my opinion! I would move tomorrow if not for financial reasons.

How do you get in contact with maintenance? If you call the number listed after 5P, when most people get home, you can't even leave a message. What do you do if you have a problem other than 9-5 Monday through Friday

When you call the emergency/after hours # there's an operator that will take your call. I must say that the people on call usually do not respond quick enough but at least someone takes your call.
