All I will say is beware.

I absolutely guarantee he majority (if not all) of the "good" reviews on here are phony ones placed there by the complex staff to offset all the legitimate bad reviews. Read every bad one on here -- I've lived here for a number of years (if you can call it living) and it is a nightmare. One of my neighbors was just evicted for making noise and he WASN'T making noise! The problem is that the floor/ceilings and walls are so paper-thin (even though the management lies to newcomers about how they "soundproof") that his downstairs neighbor kept complaining. It wasn't his fault. He was simply walking -- on carpet no less. But you can hear every footstep and every sneeze and every whisper from your upstairs or downstairs neighbors like they were in the same room. The staff is fully aware of the problem but they "don't want to get involved" so they just sit back and let the neighbors fight with each other until one complains to the management more than the other and the one that complained least gets evicted! As a result people are moving in and out of this place like it was a motel! And nobody but the people who built and maintain this pile of crap is to blame. And what do the management care. They actually make more money this way. It is the scam of the century. Everything else about this place is acceptable but this one issue overshadows absolutely everything else. I am amazed I lasted this long but now I have to leave as well. I just cannot handle the noise nor the way the staff sits back and laughs, knowing full well the problem. And almost every neighbor I have spoken to has similar stories.

I have lived in many complexes but have never encountered one with thinner walls or floor/ceilings. NEVER! Whatever they try to tell you to the contrary is an out-and-out lie. Se be VERY wary if you are thinking about moving here. No matter what it may look like on the surface, it is, in reality Hell on Earth.

you are a loser....if you hate it so much why dont you just move out when your lease is up??

what apartment complex doesn't have issues with noise?
