Reasons for not renting here.
1. They break the law, by entering into your apartment without any notice. The law states that they are supposed to give 24 hours notice before entering your apartment. They completely disregard this law.
2. They will tow your car without any notice if it snows, and that will cost a minimum of $150, and I bet that North Village benefits from that.
3. Also, they have completely forgotten about repairs and have to be reminded, which results in weeks before something gets fixed. This happened to us with the dishwasher. Also, the dishwasher needed to be fixed about 5 times before they decided to replace it. This happened within the first year of renting here, so don t expect to go problem free here even if you re here for one year.
4. They will raise your rent even in a recession.
