As it is winter time and very messy, Managment and staff are not ensuring that the premises are safe. The parking lots are very icy and slippery. There are numerous elderly tenants in this complex and managment should take the time to make sure that walk ways patios and parking lots are safe for tenants to move about. WHile I am still young I almost killed myself visiting my family that resides there. Not to mention the length of time that it takes for managment to respond to a complaint is totally ridiculos. For the amount of money tenants pay to reside at this complex, managment should give tenants the common courtesy of responding to any concerns in a timely manner. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I live in this complex too and it is a pretty decent place to live. That being said, I totally agree with what this person is saying. The few days that we had ice and snow, they were very slow in coming out and salting/shoveling. We had to walk across the grass sometimes since it was not as bad. This is from a 27 year old guy. I can not imagine how all the elderly people who live there dealt with it.
