When I first moved in 6 years ago, it was a very pleasant place. What drew me was the large apartments, each with a basement and full size W/D. My neighbors were considerate and I really had no complaints.

However, in the past 2 or 3 years, it seems like they are renting apartments to a lot of low-income families and things have changed. Neighbors are less considerate, hanging out on the stoop talking loud and playing loud music. There are a lot of teens who hang out in clusters. And because each apartment comes with a pretty big basement, some people are renting them and then bringing in many family members who live in the basement!

Parking is ok. Each apartment is assigned one spot and then the few blank spots are up for grabs. There's one couple who are obsessed with the parking and have had quite a few arguments. Management is ok, but slow to respond. Appliances and windows are old. They replaced windows and doors in some of the apartments.

Overall, it's not a horrible place to live, but I can't wait until my lease is up next year and I can finally move out.
