parking sucks!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Well, I really dont have a problem with the apartment(just the leaky windows}.My problem is with the inconsiderate neighbors.



Each apartment gets one assigned spot and there?s about 7 free spots.Well out of those 7 spots there 6 broken down cars.I called management a few times.I ended up getting the picture that nothing was ever gonna be done about it....
