Lived here since June 2001 in an upper level 1 bedroom unit. The place is pretty big for the rent charged, but that is about the only good thing I can say about it. The construction is very poor, I have always had problems with my neighbor below me. First a Puerto Rican group of kids used to live below me and they constantly played loud music. Also they had several people living in the basement...go figure. Then they were finally evicted and an ------- American family moved in with two small children...all crammed together in a 1 bedroom! They are no better with constant banging and screaming from the kids. I am out of this god forsaken place in June and off to Florida. Adios NJ and its high priced junk apartments.
