These should be called the Plywood Estates. Someone was cutting corners when these were built. You can hear your neighbor's pin drop!!! Everything rattles, including the whole building and don't expect the superintendent or for that matter the management association to do anything about it. These apartments have certain ammenities and space which could draw many individuals for the price, however after a month you will quickly learn this is not the place for you. If I could break my lease without "the man" coming down on me I would have been long gone. Oh and North Brunswick is a PIT. Stay away.
