I or a family member has lived here for 12 years and since the rebuilding of New Brunswick, it seems THIS PLACE is where section 8 is located NOW. Its horrible.. ever since that happened the pool is no longer available. The rents are fairly high and if you actually PAY for your own RENT, and work your butt off there is no solace because there are milling gangs of thugs lurking about day and night. You know the scenario...Lexus/BMW/welfare' I wish I could save up money to leave but I'm too busy actually paying my rent. Besides the landscapers that weedwack flowers and garden ornaments..the appliances are old.. BUT the superintendent is great..so that may be a saving grace if you can handle the wanna-be gangstas...hohum k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Yes i agree with you I live in the Ghetto called Winding Woods in Sayreville NJ that is exactly what happened over here they place all those scumbag thugs all over the area, Believe me the Sayreville school is filled with problems from this dump... Yes we have the Gangsta's over here too I feel your pain, the only thing I can think of is the state pays and the section pays 150.00 per month, Boy sounds pretty good to live in a nice complex for that cheap while we have to pay 1000.00-1400.00 to live with them or to live with us lol, You should check the local Newspaper like I did and look for the police blotter and look for how many times the police came to your complex and you would be amazed to see the how problems are there at the complex like I did. I started to place the links on here I had crime posted such as car theft, murder, scams, drugs, Prositution, etc YOU know what ever comes with SECTION 8 !!! Good luck!! save money and buy a house and get out of there!!

Not all people that have section 8 housing assistance are associated with gangs, prostitution, or drugs. I know about people that are involved with that kind of lifestyle that are not on the section 8 program. You should not blame that on people that are on section 8.
