I recently moved into Renaissance Glen and overall it is a nice experience. There is plenty of space and a nice garage. I sometimes hear the noise of my below neighbor blasting music, but its not often enough to warrant a complaint. I live in the duplex that goes from the second to third floors. The Central Air is not powerful enough to reach the 3rd floor and it is usually atleast 10 degrees warmer up in the bedrooms. Other than that I do not have too many complaints. It is mostly a nice quiet community with nice new construction.

I just got approved for an apartment here and I am looking forward to move in and enjoy what this beautiful place has to offer. I shop around and this is the best place I've see so far

I'll be moving this summer and am looking for a nice place (renting a condo now). I just wanted to know if anyone had any recent thoughts on this place? Are the conditions still as nice? Also, are pets allowed? Thanks.
