Move at your own risk! the apartments are beautiful, the maintenance staff are wonderful.....but....... the rental staff evidently do not take the time to check into who is moving into their complex, or they do know.
several families living in one apt.....businesses in upstairs apartments, working all night long, and if you are underneath you hear noise all night (my bedroom is below). The caliber of people leaves alot to be dsired despite the rent being the most expensive in area, and police are here every week. Also, seems they let their workmen live in the apartments until they are rented.
No matter how nice the apartments are, you should be able to sleep at night, and be safe day and night.
