I have lived in the complex for two years on an end unit and have had no few problems. I've never had troubles or seen the cops visiting frequently as the previous reviewer stated. Our unit was a three bedroom J model. It's obvious that the construction was a bit hurried because the finishing touches of the apartment left something to be desired (our stairwell handrail looked as though it was cut in half and then nailed back together). The walls have a basic flat coat of paint that scuffs REALLY easily so be careful with the walls. Of all the places that I have rented this is definitely one of the nicest. The complex DEFINITELY needs more parking. If you have guests over and they arrive later in the evening they won't be parking anywhere near the complex!
