First off - know this-- this developement has recently turned SECTION 8-- you know what that means-all kinds of crap moving in here. Inconsiderate drivers--if you have kids, make sure you keep them in your sight- no one follows speed signs. You must love the smell of CURRY--if you don't-live somewhere else! A mix of all nations in here, mostly Indian, PR and AM- there's some good, and some not so good. Walls are thin, very thin.. electric bill in the high 200's, except fall, lower. Maintenance is okay in emergencies- otherwise, very slow to respond.. Pool doesn't open until July and closes end of Aug-- whats the sense-- early hours on w/end and lifeguards suck- they dont let your kids do anything, always yelling at them. PARKING SUCKS!!!!! you must get home by 5-6pm or you're parking three buildings away. Oh, and when you move out-- you will not get much of your security back because they nickle and dime you to death. If your oven is not cleaned to a perfect "T", they'll charge you for it-- etc.
Snow removal-- be prepared to be stranded for at least 2 days before they shovel you out... we had over a foot of snow-- 2 days to get the guys out to shovel-- 2 days!!!!

Oh, I hear you--- I just moved out too-- was nice in the beginning until bad people moved in-- ghetto trash and smelly ------- with their smelly food-- they walk around in towels with no underwear on-- what is up with that... parking does suck.... my kid almost was hit by a car too-- they speed.. I've called the cops-- all they did was post a sign to slow down-- yea, that helped!! NOT. I even almost got hit, wound up following the person and they ran in their house. don't live here unless you are desperate.

Dear Anonymous who departed on 6/29. Did you know that there are some good and some bad on the ethnic group you neglected to mention? Yes, even you are an ethnic group. Check your history, or pick up a social science journal and trace your history - there is no continuity. Some people may be bad, but I just thought I would enlighten you, it has nothing to do with race and being that you lack historical continuity, I would keep such racist comments to myself.

This apartment did not turn section 8. Currently there are very apartments even for rent due to what seems like the overall satisfaction of the tenants. Please don't post false facts. If you do not like the place so say and why but misinformation if the worst information of all.
