I had wanted to live here since they started building and when I got my apartment 4 years ago I was thrilled. There were issues when I saw my unit and I made them fix them before I moved in. All around it is nice. I don't trust the sneaky workers here though. The parking sucks too and yes people speed like crazy up and down Lisa Place. My son was almost hit by a car and I was almost hit in my car while trying to park. The management company is horrible. I got an eviction notice for being 3 days late with my rent and it wasn't even because I paid late, their web site was having issues and it didn't process my payment on time. The apartments are nice if you don't care about details. Stock up on plastic sheeting to put on your windows in the winter though they are drafty and some leak. I am waiting for them to come fix the ceiling where my son's window has been leaking for all 4 years I have been here. I would move but I can't afford to now, I wasn't single before I moved in and now I am. Oh yes and if you make less than 56,000 a year, look elsewhere... they will shred your application and laugh like they did when I looked here 5 years ago. 1360 for a 2 bed room is a bit much.
