I moved in with my wife and 2 kids last December. After researching for several months, we found this was the best place to choose because of its location, apartmet's space and cleanliness. The apartment was as good as new. So fa, I have not faced any brerakdowns that require the maintenance hotline to fix. HVAC has worked fine all through the winter and now during summer (with temps as low as 10F and as high as 95F).

Negative comments: Noise control. The neighbors are OK in controlling noises, but still, the construction allows for noise to be heard from one apartment to the other (though damped). I do live in the high floor, so I can not comment on ceiling noise, but I have spoken to my downstairs neighbor about it and have not received any complaints. Pests: With the advent of summer, I have seen an increase in "house centipedes" around the house, specially on hot days. These critters are not harmful at all (they are acutually a bit benefitial) but annoying nonetheless. We are scheduling an exterminator visit with the tenant while we are out on vacation this next month.

As others have said before, do your own research, visit the place, talk to "Lana" and talk to the residents. This place is worth checking out.
