My family moved here almost a year ago, and we simply love it. We were looking for a house at the time and couldn't find one before our lease at our old apartment expired so we decided to look here at Renaissance Manor. For a family of three, the size of our apartment is more than adequate. Actually the size of the rooms here are so much larger than some of the houses we looked at. We have lots of space and at first the three flights of stairs were a bit much but I realized it was a great way to get some exercise. I love sitting on the spacious balcony, enjoying the peace and quiet. The full size washer and dryer was also a plus. Everyone that come to visit us are amazed at the size of our apartment and tell us "it's just like a house." Maintenance has been great when responding to any of our calls and fixing any problems. The grounds are well kept, and safe to take a walk even at night. Our rent is more than we wanted to pay for an apartment, but it is well worth it. I actually have nothing but good things to say about this development. Great place to call home until you buy one of your own or even if you plan to stay here.
