I've lived here for almost 2 months now, and I am totally satisfied. Application process went smoothly. However, the apartments here appear to be in high demand, so to get the actual unit you want, check back at the rental office on a regular basis for availability! The management posts available units on a bulletin board. I have a 2 bedroom apartment (2nd and 3rd floors) and I anticipated hearing my neighbors, but my unit is surprisingly quiet. I don't hear anything or anyone! Prior to move in, the apartment was painted and carpets were cleaned (I was hoping carpeting would be replaced, as it is worn, but it was cleaned well). I didn't have any issues with condition of the apartment or anything needing repair. The location is very convenient and there's lots of food and shopping nearby. I've never had a problem with parking. There are a lot of children living here, so think again if you want to avoid kids. The upstairs is a LOT warmer than the downstairs - with all of the windows, I don't think the insulation is too great. I might need a space heater this Winter! The apartment is pricey, but HUGE, making it worth the price. Rent can be paid online which is a plus. If you can afford it, take a look. There are 2 other apartment complexes within Renaissance that are both newer, but layouts are the same.
