I have been living with my family here for two years now and I have been content until now. My upstairs neighbors have been playing their music extremely loud since they moved in. It's been hard some nights to have a family dinner with the walls shaking. I also found it hard to talk to anyone about this problem because when you call the management office they give you another number, then you get another number,then you get a voice mail box, it's been a major project. The apartment overall is not that bad but when you have neighbors who don't respect you living here is very hard.

I suggest you go upstairs and talk to the people living there. If they don't stop making noise,call the cops.

I had issues with upstairs neighbor noises myself at Renaissance Manor. We would go talk to them, leave them notes, but they just didn't care (It was a family, parents and two sons). I tried dealing with the legal department at the management office but they basically d***** me around for a few months. Honestly, your best bet is to get a video camera/recording device, record the noise and CALL THE COPS! Inconsiderate people like that need to be taught a lesson. And I also have to throw in that middlesex management is the absolute WORST apartment management company that I've ever dealt with (and I've dealt with quite a few). They are money grubbing bastards and as long as they get their rent checks, they don't care about your quality of living in their apartments.
