I agree, it is pretty scummy there...

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
looks from the outside can be very, very deceiving!!! don't be fooled.. rent may be on the lower side, but this place is really "ghetto" as they say. i would not plan on living there unless I had 7 kids and nightly domestic wars going on!! please think twice before living here..you are only helping yourself!!
