I've read the other comments, and I must say, they are untrue.
Most apartment/condo complexes are required by law to researve a certain number of units for low income housing. So you'll get that anywhere. Just as you'll get the loud music and domestic fighting. If you want to stay away from that... buy a house.
I've lived in the complex for 5 years, and I've never had a problem. Compared to neigboring complexed Society Hill is AMAZING! The complex is kept clean and the landscaping is emaculate(but if you plan on gardening MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR FLAG, otherwise they'll tear it all out).
They do not have the best construction (drafty in places and beams showing in ceilings) but it's sturdy and if you do general upkeep, you won't have a problem.
All in all, I've never been unhappy about moving into this complex. It's well kept, convenient, and my neigbors are wonderful.
