Drugs, thieves and section 8 Middlesex management should be ashamed of itself. Drug dealing occurs every night on Marc drive. Loud music all hours of the day, teens fist fighting and a large quick influx of section 8. Do not move here unless you want to live in a crime filled neighborhood.

Washer / dryer in unit, 2 air conditioners, heat, hot water, and gas included. Electric is between $10-$20 a month. Rooms are huge with hardwood floors, walk-in closet in bedroom, and hardwood floors. Sliders to patio = lots of light. Never a problem to find parking. Easy

Security deposit I recently had a bad experience with Colony Oaks.
They will charge you exorbitant charges for cleaning which I am still not sure NJ state law allows them to do.
The staff is very rude and the whole experience is very bad.
Please do not even think of renting a place there.
