Management sucks

We lived in the complex for two years.
The management does not care.
Some of the apts are owned privately and have to go through the owner to get anything done and then contact the management with owners permission.
Parking sucks for visitors.
You can literally hear noises from all apartments.
Loud music, people stomping like elephants.
The rent is no less but the management sucks.
Never do anything in time.
The heaters went down during the winter and could not be repaired for a week.
Overall, its ok living here.
Some people find it good and some leave immediately.
The manager is a racist and acts like a freaking smart --- as if he is the King of the world.
Someone needs to sue his F*** ---.
