Maintenance in this place does not exist. This one tall goofy white maintenance guy came to fix our backed up toilet and he left it all dirty with the bathroom still under water. We had to drain the water ourselves using old towels.

In the winter, the heater would always break down leaving tenants freezing their ass off. On top of that, there is a major water pipe issue at this place. Most of the time there would be no water available for days. Manager at this place is a ---- sucker.
