Alex, the guy who charges 400 buck as rental fee lies about the condition of the house.

Once u sign the lease Tim and Cathy are the worst people to deal with.

They never fix anything.

They tell you on your face that it was you who took the apartment in this condition so LIVE WITH IT.

they are not even apologetic abt their behaviour.

HELL TO THEM.....

That sounds horrible... Cathy is definitely gone, thank goodness, what a train wreck!
