Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 

I've been living here 2 years now and the management is HORRIBLE.

They'll promise you 2nd parking spot but i've been on waiting list for 2nd parking spot for MONTHS and so far NOTHING.

They have very few people maintaining these OLD apartments and it'll take them FOREVER to fix one tiny problem.

I do not recommend these..

and there is also a manadatory fee ($375) for the GYM (where nothing works) and the pool (even if you don't use it).
