I've lived in Arbor Hills for only 1 month!!! And i hate it. The unit and property itself is decent but nothing is worth the hassle and -------- you go through after moving in. We were lied to about being able to move in early, the day our lease started the apartment was still torn apart and unliveable. This was the case for several days. Causing us to stay in an hotel after paying thousands in fees and deposits to move in. Every day up until this point we were promised it would be done. The manager Tim, is a Danny Devito look alike prick, making statements to us like, "Life is not fair." This in response to us pretty much begging for a hotel reimbursement. We are still waiting for it.
